NEW! Stay Sane Campaign: WalkingTherapy in HUNSTANTON

‘Research shows that getting outside in nature has many mental health benefits as well. Walking has been proven effective in reducing anxiety and depression, and there is further evidence that walking in nature improves those results even further. That's because different parts of our brain activate in nature.’ 31 Oct 2018

We are launching our new Walking Therapy Service as part of our Stay Safe Campaign.

Are you stuck alone at home feeling isolated and anxious?

Do you need some space and time outside amongst beautiful views to clear you mind and rejuvinate your soul?

Do you need to talk to someone outside of your family/friendship circle who can offer gentle and supportive company to get things clearer in your mind?

Is Lockdown with your family feeling overwhelming and you yearn for some reprieve?

Please join us in the launch of our Walking and Talking Therapy as part of the Stay Sane Campaign here on the beautiful Hunstanton coastline.  Enjoy gentle exercise and beautiful views and the Company of one of our fully qualified and experienced Therapists here at Harley St. Psychotherapy.

We will meet at an agreed point and walk for an hour along the beaches, dunes and gardens of Hunstanton.  (ALSO OFFERED NOW IN THORPE ST. ANDREW NORWICH). Nature and exercise go hand in hand with therapy covering all issues concerning your mental health.  We will work on your anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, communication and relationships and all aspects which may have arisen due to the current Corona Virus Pandemic.  We will be observing all the rules of social distancing so that we can stay safe whilst staying sane during this period and beyond.

An initial discussion will establish whether you prefer a beach walk or a parkland walk and the pace and rest stops will be planned.

For an initial discussion and plan, please contact us and we can get your therapy started and give you some tools to cope with the current Lockdown and beyond.
